Abby Johnson is a successful young woman who has proved her professionalism as a Planned Parenthood director in USA. One day, she is asked to help a family in an abortion after nearly thirteen weeks gestation. Abby refuses to do this thing as she believes that it will be unfair to take the life of this baby.
