Description
The story of the film speaks of comedian events in the life of Wai Siu-bo, a bankrupt punk, who after saving Chan, leader of the Heaven and Earth community, a revolutionary group, became a member. After his first failed appointment to the group, he became the servant of the emperor, a person who wants the heaven and earth community to overthrow him. The following is a lot of chaos and laughter. But he ends up with exposure and escape from the Empress Dowager.
